王元萍，女，重庆大学管理科学与工程博士，重庆大学出站博士后，现为中国人民解放军陆军勤务学院在站博士后，副教授，硕士生导师。持有全国一级造价工程师、全国一级建造师执业资格，系国家留学基金委公派澳大利亚西悉尼大学访问学者，重庆市工程造价协会会员。
　　主持中国博士后科学基金项目1项、重庆市自然科学基金博士后项目1项、教育部人文社会科学研究项目1项、重庆市教委科技项目1项，厅级项目1项；主持及主研横向项目8项。发表学术论文20篇，其中SCI收录16篇；出版专著2部、教材2部；获发明专利1项。
　　现任《Land》《Energies》《Environmental Science and Pollution Research》《Environment, Development and Sustainability》《Journal of Infrastructure, Policy and Development》等国际期刊审稿人。
　　研究方向：主要研究方向为城市可持续建设、建筑碳排放、生活碳排放、城市更新、工程管理等。
