何毅，男，出生于1989年7月，土木工程博士，博士后，重庆科技大学土木与水利工程学院教师。研究兴趣包括：结构健康监测、信号分析与处理、人工智能技术。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI/EI论文21篇，申报发明专利2项。
